I’m Genevieve Park Salvatore and I’m the proud mom of a 12 year old boy with severe food allergies. Like many people, we found out the hard way when he was less then 2 years old. I’ve learned a lot about managing food allergies in the past years and continue to learn more everyday. I am the co-President & vendor coordinator for the Greater New Haven Celiac Group. I saw your blog and thought I would tell you about our upcoming Taste of Celiac in New Haven on 11/4/2012.
